The American Heart Association (link) has developed a seven step list to help people live a longer, healthier life. They call it "seven small steps to big changes."
The beauty of the seven steps is that anyone can make these simple modifications, none of them are expensive to make, and even working on just a few of them can make a big difference in improved health.
